Post-Order Process:
Provide two working phone numbers for our transport team, including a mobile number for text updates.
Our team will text the delivery date, and drivers will try to call before arrival.
Please be patient for your delivery slot during peak periods.
Vehicle Access and Size:
Our fleet includes vans and lorries up to 26 tonnes, mostly larger than 7.5 tonnes.
Ensure adequate access for such vehicles at the delivery location.
Changes and Notifications:
Notify us of any delivery changes at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
Late changes may incur additional fees.
Delivery Day Protocol:
We offer kerbside delivery; drivers do not carry items beyond this point.
Customer-invited vehicle entry onto the property is at the customer’s risk.
Not all lorries have cranes; customer assistance may be needed for unloading.
Wear appropriate safety gear when assisting with unloading.
Delivered items, including packaging and pallets, are the recipient’s responsibility to dispose of.
Order Modifications:
Changes to orders require cancellation and re-raising of the order.
For additional items, a separate order will be created.
